This wedding is one of my favorites!  The couple got ready in a near by hotel in Tarrytown, NY, in close proximity to the Tappan Zee Bridge. The bride was a bit nervous, and was thoughtful and quite while getting her hair and makeup finished.  One of the groomsman drew a portrait of the groom and while the upper half of his face looked exactly like him, the lower half did not!  It was displayed in front of the bride as she was getting ready and she couldn’t help but laugh each time she glanced at it!  Once the girls were ready, they were picked up by the Limo and dropped off at the venue to wait for the first look.  Meanwhile, the groom arrived and got ready in the same room.

The groom was excited and optimistic!  Soon after, he drove to Lyndhurst Castle where we started with the first look!  The weather called for rain, but at this point, it was beautiful with a wonderful overcast.  Everything was dreamy!  I loved the brides bouquet! It was elegant and simple.  Guests began to arrive, but continued to take great pictures of the wedding party and couple!  The coordinators were working hard on putting together the details for the outdoor ceremony.  When it was finished, everyone took their places, and the bride walked down the aisle with her mother and father!

The clouds started rolling in and about 5 minutes into the ceremony, it started raining!!  Everyone ran just inside the Mansion, and it turned out to be even better!  The light was beautiful and everyone had happy tears!  Everyone headed down the hill for the cocktail hour and reception!  The couple was introduced and had their first dance!  To acknowledge the brides Hebrew heritage, the groomsman lifted them up for the hora dance!  She freaked out but it was a great moment!  The live band made the whole night magical and upbeat!  Congratulations to the happy couple!
